Hey, I am Vatsal. I am a geeky food enthusiast with a child-like affinity to know how the world works.
Food is my first love, second being this brand, TheFoodXP. Hence, I made a choice to be a part of the food industry.
I have completed my Bachelors In Computer Sciences but I know that doesn’t have anything to do with me being a restaurant expert.
But before even joining TheFoodXP, I entered the world of blogging back in 2018 with the help of viaENS.
I made two websites before planning to make my third one.
While exploring blogging and SEO in 2018, one thing that I’ve learnt in my college is how much I love fast-food.
Since 2018, I’ve eaten a lot of fast-food and studied these fast-food businesses. I always loved to explore new fast-food places.
Even if a restaurant outlet was unavailable in my hometown, I’d scour it on the internet to tame my curiosities.
So when the opportunity of working with TheFoodXP came to me, I immediately joined forces with the team as a content writer.
I considered it to be a platform where I can express my love for fast-food & restaurants.
But once I got to know the full potential of food blogging, there was no turning back for me.
From just a content writer to a category expert, the journey has been amazing till now because of the things I get to explore and learn.

If I am being honest, I am a grown up man and I still watch WWE.
Apart from this, Watching shows & movies from where I can learn something that intrigues me.
On weekends, I can be found knee deep just in podcasts about blogging, building businesses and legacies.
I keep things light and charming with reruns of The Office.
