Raw Egg White 1 pc.
Almond Meal Finely Ground 1 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tsp.
Almond milk ¾ cup
Olive Oil ½ cup
Baking Soda ½ tsp 
Salt ¼ tsp

  1. Take a muffin tray and let your oven preheat to 400F.
  2. Apply a little oil to the muffin tray and keep it in the oven so that the oil gets hot.
  3. Meanwhile, add the eggs and egg whites to a food processor and whisk it until it becomes light.
  4. Add the almond meal to this egg mixture along with salt, baking soda and vinegar. Blend it and make a smooth mixture of it.
  5. Remove the hot tray carefully from the oven and fill the tray’s cavity with the batter you made.
  6. Place the tray again into the oven and bake it for about 12-15 minutes until the color of puddings has changed to a golden brown.

Remove the tray, take the puddings out, and now you are all set to have a bite of these beautiful and tasty Keto Yorkshire pudding. To all the fitness freaks, this is a delight to have.
