McDonald's Pancakes Recipe

  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 cube Butter


  • Take a bowl, add eggs and milk. Whisk it evenly for 2 minutes until the bubbles are formed.
  • Then, using a mesh strainer, add all-purpose, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in to combine all the components.
  • Prepare a thick batter with no lumps.
  • Grease a griddle or skillet with a teaspoon of canola oil.
  • Using a big ladle, pour a cup of batter onto the pan.
  • Cook the pancake over medium heat.
  • When the top is bubbly and the edges are dry, flip the pancake.
  • Cook on the other side until brown and fluffy.
  • Turn off the flame when the pancakes are cooked.
  • Drizzle a teaspoon of maple syrup on top and serve warm.
