Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fresh Plums (halved)
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (grated)
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper Flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized saucepan, add the halved plums, brown sugar, vinegar each, garlic cloves, grated ginger, and pepper flakes.
  • Simmer the mixture for half an hour.
  • Once the mixture has attained a thick consistency, remove from heat.
  • Grind the mixture in a food processor or blender and store your plum sauce in tight containers.
