- 1 pound fresh Plums (halved)
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Ginger (grated)
- ½ teaspoon Pepper Flakes
In a medium-sized saucepan, add the halved plums, brown sugar, vinegar each, garlic cloves, grated ginger, and pepper flakes.
Simmer the mixture for half an hour.
Once the mixture has attained a thick consistency, remove from heat.
Grind the mixture in a food processor or blender and store your plum sauce in tight containers.
