  • 4 cups Pomegranate Juice
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice


  • Pour the extracted juice into a saucepan. Add sugar and lemon juice to it.
  • Bring it to a gentle boil for over an hour until a thick consistency is obtained.
  • The last fifteen minutes are very crucial in this recipe. You have to reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer.
  • Check the taste and if you prefer more sweetness, add sugar. Turn off the flame and store the molasses in a container.
