½ kg Russet Potatoes 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil 1 teaspoon Black Pepper 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika 1 teaspoon Salt
Peel off the potatoes and slice them into strips. Place the potatoes in a bowl of hot water to get rid of the starch. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
