Lemon Lavender Muffins Recipe
Lemon lavender muffins are sweet, and buttery baked muffins. These are easy to make and have a delightful taste. With flour, lavender, and vanilla extract, you get the most springy and dreamy muffins ever!
2 cups All-Purpose Flour 2 teaspoons Dried Lavender Seeds 1 teaspoon Baking Powder ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda 1 cup Buttermilk 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice 1 Lemon Zest 2 Eggs ½ cup Unsalted Butter ½ teaspoon Salt 2 cups Sugar
Mix sugar, dried lavender seeds and lemon zest in a food processor. Keep the mixture in a bowl.
Add unsalted butter eggs to the mixture and beat well. Add vanilla essence, buttermilk, lemon juice and all-purpose flour and beat well again.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. After baking, take out the tray and place the muffins on a platter.
In a bowl, add sugar, lemon juice and buttermilk. Beat well and glaze it over the muffins before serving.
