Gordon Ramsay's chicken thigh is ingeniously fantastic. The tender chicken is flavored with Szechuan peppercorn, Shaoxing wine, orange zest and other condiments.
Marinate the chicken thighs with rice vinegar, Shaoxing wine, orange zest water, and other condiments. Leave it aside for 2 hours.
In a large skillet, add olive oil, chopped garlic, a tablespoon of ginger, small pods of red chilly, in a hot pan. Fry until it is soft and smooth.
Once the veggies are sauteed, add the marinated chicken along with the marinade. Then throw in a pinch of sugar. Fry the chicken till it gets brown and the sauce is thick.
When the chicken is fried, garnish it with chopped green onions, soy sauce and a few drops of saseame oil.
