  • 16 ounces Velveeta Cheese
  • 15 ounces Hormel Chili (no beans)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
  • 4 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin


  • Add Velveeta cheese cubes to a saucepan over medium heat. Add a cup of milk and stir thoroughly. Stir in Hormel chili and mix them to combine.
  • Add a tablespoon of lemon juice, paprika, chili powder, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper. Stir this mixture to combine until the cheese melts completely.
  • Serve this delicious Chili's queso with tortilla chips.
