  • 7 ounces All-Purpose Flour
  • 8 Sausages
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper


  • Add milk, flour, eggs, and salt to a large mixing bowl. Whisk to form a smooth batter. Cover this bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few minutes
