Ruth Chris steak butter is an amazing recipe to make for dinner. The steaks used are salon steaks and they are cooked to perfection in a broiler. When they are cooked, they are topped with butter. This makes for an amazing filet mignon.

Ingredients
  

  • 35 ounces Filet Mignon Steaks
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat the broiler.
  • To prepare the fillets, rub butter on both the top and bottom of the steak. Then, sprinkle salt and pepper on it.
  • Now, put the fillets in the broiler and put them 5-6 inches apart from each other so that they don't get burnt.
  • Cook it between 4-11 minutes to get rare to well-done cooked steak.
  • When the salmon fillets are perfectly cooked, put them on a ceramic plate. Then put butter on each of the fillets and let the butter sizzle.
  • When the butter melts, sprinkle a pinch of parsley on top of it for extra taste.
