Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • ¼ cup Fresh Dill
  • ¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • ¼ cup Coriander
  • 1 Lemon Zest
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Coarse Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a mortar, start with two to three cloves of garlic.
