½ cup Olive Oil 2-3 cloves Garlic 1 ½ tablespoons Fresh Parsley 1 tablespoon Oregano ¼ cup Fresh Dill ¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves ¼ cup Coriander 1 Lemon Zest 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons Coarse Salt ½ teaspoon Black Pepper 1 teaspoon Sugar
