Ingredients
  

  • 4 Turkey Livers (thinly sliced)
  • 12 strips Bacon
  • 1 Red Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper (as per taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add the onions to it and season them with salt and pepper. Cook them for about 10 minutes until they become soft and caramelized. Leave them aside.
  • In a pan, add the bacon strips. Cook them from both sides for about 10 minutes until crispy. Transfer them to a plate.
  • In a bowl, add salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika, and flour and mix. Coat the liver with this mixture.
  • Then, melt butter in another pan. Add the liver to this pan and cook the liver from both sides for about 2 minutes each.
  • Transfer the cooked liver to a plate. Serve it with the caramelized onions and bacon strips.
