Pork Lo Mein Recipe
Pork Lo Mein is a noodle dish in which linguine is cooked with vegetables, pork, and sauce. It is really easy to make and is a stir-fry dish.

- 1 8 ounces Package Linguine
- 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
- 2 cups Snap Peas
- 1 small Sweet Onion (chopped)
- 1 12 ounces Pork Tenderloin (cut into strips)
- 1 8 ounces White Mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 3 medium Green Onions (sliced)
- ½ teaspoon Fresh Ginger (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon White Sugar
- ⅓ cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
Take a large pot of salted water and bring it to a boil.
Cook the linguine in the water until tender for about 8-9 minutes. Then, drain the water.
Meanwhile, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, cornstarch, and vinegar in a bowl and mix all the ingredients.
Heat oil in a pan. Cook snap peas and onion together in the oil for 2 minutes.
After that, add pork, red bell pepper, ginger, 1 garlic clove, and mushroom to it. Cook it for about 2 minutes.
Mix the rest of 2 garlic cloves into the mixture and cook it for a maximum of 1 minute.
Add soy sauce mixture into the pork mixture and cook it for 1 minute.
Turn off the flame and add linguine in the pan and mix it to coat a layer on it.
