  • 2 ½ pounds Russet Potatoes
  • 1 cup Parmigiano – Reggiano Cheese
  • 2 ½ cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh Thyme

Instructions
 

  • Take a baking dish and grease it with butter. Preheat the oven to 3500F.
  • Mix potatoes, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl and toss them until fully coated.

  • Repeat the similar layers until the baking dish is completely filled. Top it with cream and cheese as well.
  • Now, place the dish in the oven and bake it in the oven for 1 hour. After that, check the potatoes if they are soft and cooked.
  • After it’s done, keep the dish aside and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with some thyme and serve.
