Ingredients
  

  • 175 Self-Raising Flour 
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder 
  • 40 Caster Sugar 
  • 1 small Orange 
  • 1 Egg 
  • 200 Milk
  • Sunflower Oil 
  • Butter 
  • Yogurt 
  • Blueberries 

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, sugar, and orange zest.
  • Now, add egg and milk. Beat it well and until a smooth batter is formed.
  • In a non-stick pan greased with some oil, pour this mixture. Keep them well apart as they will spread.
  • Cook them until bubbles begin to appear on the surface. Cook both sides for about 1 minute until they turn light brown.
  • Place the scones on a wire rack and cover them with a clean tea towel to keep them soft.
  • Serve with some butter, honey, yogurt, and blueberries.
