Norwegian Pancakes Recipe
If you want to have fluffy and light pancakes then, you must give Norwegian pancakes a try. They are easy to make and delicious.
- 3 Eggs
- 1 ½ cups Milk
- 1 cups All purpose Flour
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
Take a blender and blend eggs and milk in it.
Then, add flour, salt, and sugar to it as well. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
Heat a skillet and coat it with butter or cooking spray.
Pour 1/4 cup of the prepared batter into the skillet. Cook it for about half a minute.
Slide a spatula under the pancake carefully and flip it.
Cook the other side for few more seconds until it turns brown.
Place the pancake on a plate. Roll it like a crepe and serve with jam.
