Norwegian Pancakes Recipe
Slightly thicker than a crepe, Norwegian pancakes are filled with jam, rolled up, then covered with a drizzle of maple syrup, and dusting of powdered sugar. But by any measure, they're darn delicious.

3 Eggs 1 ½ cups Milk 1 cups All purpose Flour ¼ teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Sugar
Take a blender and blend eggs and milk in it.
Then, add flour, salt, and sugar to it as well. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
Heat a skillet and coat it with butter or cooking spray.
Pour 1/4 cup of the prepared batter into the skillet. Cook it for about half a minute.
Slide a spatula under the pancake carefully and flip it.
Cook the other side for few more seconds until it turns brown.
Place the pancake on a plate. Roll it like a crepe and serve with jam.
