Crab Omelette Recipe

Quick, easy, and ideal for weeknights, this crispy but fluffy crab omelette is perfect, although you could also try it with prawns or minced pork. A basic omelette is given an indulgent twist and sweet crabmeat. It feels special, but couldn't be simpler to make.
