- ½ cup Chopped Walnuts
- 3 cups Chopped Cooked Chicken
- ½ cup Dried Cranberries
- ½ cup Chopped Granny Smith Apple
- 1 cup Sliced Seedless Grapes
- 1 cup Diced Celery
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Salt and Pepper Each
Preheat oven to 165oC.
Spread walnuts on a baking sheet and bake them for about 6 to 8 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the chopped chicken, apple, roasted walnuts, cranberries, and grapes.
Add mayonnaise to it, along with salt and pepper. Pour lemon juice over it.
Mix it well and cover it with something. Set it aside for some time and then serve.
