Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 3 cups Chopped Cooked Chicken
  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries
  • ½ cup Chopped Granny Smith Apple
  • 1 cup Sliced Seedless Grapes
  • 1 cup Diced Celery
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Salt and Pepper Each

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 165oC.
  • Spread walnuts on a baking sheet and bake them for about 6 to 8 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, add the chopped chicken, apple, roasted walnuts, cranberries, and grapes.
  • Add mayonnaise to it, along with salt and pepper. Pour lemon juice over it.
  • Mix it well and cover it with something. Set it aside for some time and then serve.
