  • 2 Blueberry Jelly
  • 2 cups Boiling Water
  • ½ cup Crushed Ice
  • 1 can Blueberries
  • 1 cup Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 cup Crushed Cream
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup White Sugar
  • ½ tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Chopped Walnuts


  • Add the blueberry gelatin to boiling water in a large bowl. Mix it and then add crushed ice.
  • Add the juice of crushed pineapple and blueberries to the bowl and mix.
  • Then, add the pulp of the crushed pineapple and blueberries and pour into a mold.
  • Freeze the mixture until firm.
  • In another bowl, mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, walnuts, and cheese cream.
  • Spread this mixture over the set jelly.
  • Freeze this salad again for about 30 minutes before serving.
