1 cup Gluten-Free Soy Sauce ½ cup Rice Vinegar ½ cup Orange Juice ½ cup Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Honey 2 tsp Sesame Oil 2 tbsp Garlic Chilly Paste 1 tbsp Freshly Minced Ginger
Place a pan over medium heat. Add the gluten-free soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, chilly garlic paste, and minced ginger to it.
Cook it until the brown sugar and honey dissolve. Stir continuously and bring to simmer.
Add in the cornstarch while stirring continuously. This helps for the sauce to be smooth and not lumpy.
When the sauce is thick enough, let it cool for some time and put it in a glass jar until you want to use it.
