Ingredients
  

  • cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Romaine Lettuce
  • 4 Hard-Boiled Egg
  • 12 ounces Cooked Chicken
  • 8 Cooked Slices of Bacon
  • 1 Avocado
  • 4 ounces Blue Cheese
  • 5 ounces Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Chives
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 bunch Watercress

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add mustard, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix them properly.
  • Lay lettuce, boiled eggs, chicken, bacon, avocado, blue cheese, and cherry tomatoes, bacon, and watercress on a large platter. Pour vinegar mixture over the salad.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Garnish with chives and serve.
