2 Chopped Anchovy Fillets 1 Grated Garlic Clove 2 Chopped Radish ½ cup Mayonnaise ½ cup Sour Cream ½ cup Basil Leaves 2 tbsp Parsley Leaves 2 tbsp Tarragon Leaves 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice 4 ½ tsp Olive Oil ½ tsp Kosher Salt 6 Baby Gem Lettuce
In a food processor, add lemon juice, tarragon, parsley, basil, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, anchovies with oil.
Pulse until it becomes a smooth paste. Season it will salt in the end.
In a large bowl, add lettuce, radishes, and lemon juice with some oil.
Season with salt and add the dressing to the salad and toss gently, so everything gets covered with it.
Your salad is ready to serve.
