Red Pepper Coulis Recipe
Red pepper coulis is mainly a combination of bell peppers and vinegar. In this post, let's see how you can make the sauce at your home.
- 2 Red Bell Peppers
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Grounded All Spice
- ¼ tsp Grounded Red Pepper
- ⅓ cup Olive Oil
Add red bell peppers, red wine vinegar, salt, spices and oil blending jar of the food processor.
Blend the ingredients will they turn into a smooth paste.
Sieve this paste from the sieving tool so that there are no lumps left.
