  • Large Skillet


  • 2 tbsp Canola Oil
  • 2 1/2 pounds Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • ¾ cup Water
  • 2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sauce
  • 12 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Beef Bouillon Granules
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • Hot Cooked Rice, Flour Tortillas, Tomatoes, and Lettuce


  • Take a large skillet to heat oil over medium-high flame. Cook beef till it turns brown. Transfer it to a slow cooker of 3 qt. Now, add tomato sauce, water, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, garlic, chili powder, cumin, bouillon, salt, and pepper.
  • Cover it and cook for 6-8 hours. Cook until the meat gets tender. 
  • When the meat gets tender, it is ready to serve.
