Tomato Cucumber Salad Recipe
Tomato cucumber salad is very nutritious and refreshing. It needs simple and basic ingredients and gets prepared in no time.
- 2 Vine-Ripe Tomatoes
- ½ Seedless Cucumber
- ½ Red Onion
- Handful Of Leaf Parsley
- 3 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
Take a bowl and add in all the chopped veggies.
Now, sprinkle some vinegar and olive oil according to your taste.
