1 Loaf of Bread 2 cups Vegetable Stock 3 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 1 Large Onion 4 Stalks Celery 6 cloves Garlic ½ cup Herbs (finely chopped) 2 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until slightly crispy.
Add the oil to a large saute pan and place it over medium heat.
Add onions and cook for about 5 minutes.
Then, add the celery and garlic. Cook, while occasionally stirring, until the celery looks translucent.
Pour the vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until all the ingredients are combined.
Season it with salt and pepper.
Top with the herbs and mix thoroughly until all the ingredients have combined well.
Transfer this to the greased baking dish.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for 10-15 minutes until the top is golden brown and slightly crispy.
Remove the stuffing from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
