Ingredients
  

  • cup Chia Seeds
  • cup Almonds
  • cup Flax Seeds
  • cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • cup Sunflower Seeds
  • cup Oats
  • cup Chana Dal

Instructions
 

  • Roast the almonds in the oven or a pan.
  • Add flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and oats in a separate pan.
