½ cup All-Purpose Flour ½ cup Parmesan Cheese 2 tablespoons Butter 4 tablespoons Canola Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder 1 tablespoon Garlic (Finely Chopped) 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper 1 teaspoon Black Pepper 1 teaspoon Salt 1 tablespoon Parsley (Chopped)
