½ pound Yukon Gold Potatoes ½ cup Bacon 1 cup Chicken Broth ½ cup Half And Half 1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese 1 tablespoon Olive Oil 1 tablespoon Flour ½ cup Onions 1 tablespoon Garlic (Minced) 1 tablespoon Basil 1 tablespoon Parsley (Chopped) 1 teaspoon Black Pepper 1 teaspoon Salt
