3 cups All-Purpose Flour 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Baking Soda 2 Eggs ½ cup Water (warm)
Take a bowl and add flour, salt, and baking soda and whisk them together.
Add eggs and warm water to the dry mixture in the bowl and start kneading the dough.
Sprinkle some flour on a surface. Now, place the dough on it and flatten it in a rectangular shape.
Cover the dough using plastic wrap. Refrigerate it for an hour while letting it rest on a baking sheet dusted with flour.
Take the refrigerated dough and divide it into medium-sized portions.
Now, roll the portions of dough into thin rectangular sheets.
Put the rectangular sheets into the pasta cutter machine one by one and cut them into the thinnest shape.
Take the cut pasta and cook it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes for best results.
You can also freeze the cooked pasta for later use.
