Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Water (warm)

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and add flour, salt, and baking soda and whisk them together.
  • Add eggs and warm water to the dry mixture in the bowl and start kneading the dough.
  • Sprinkle some flour on a surface. Now, place the dough on it and flatten it in a rectangular shape.
  • Cover the dough using plastic wrap. Refrigerate it for an hour while letting it rest on a baking sheet dusted with flour.
  • Take the refrigerated dough and divide it into medium-sized portions.
  • Now, roll the portions of dough into thin rectangular sheets.
  • Put the rectangular sheets into the pasta cutter machine one by one and cut them into the thinnest shape.
  • Take the cut pasta and cook it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes for best results.
  • You can also freeze the cooked pasta for later use.
