Corn nuggets are made with a blend of corn, flour, and a bit of seasoning. You get crunchy and yummy evening snacks. This recipe will be ready in just half an hour’s time!

2 Eggs (beaten) 1 cup Milk 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter 3 cups Vegetable Oil 1 ½ cups Corn ½ cup Cornmeal 1 cup All-Purpose Flour 2 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder 1 tablespoon Sugar 1 tablespoon Salt
Take a bowl and whisk all-purpose flour, salt, cornmeal, sugar and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, butter and milk.
Add this to the flour mixture and whisk well.
Add corn to the above-prepared batter and fold in well.
Heat oil over medium flame in a frying pot.
Drop a scooped batter onto the oil and fry using a skimmer for over three to four minutes.
Repeat the above process and flip the nuggets occasionally for cooking both sides.
Serve the nuggets hot on a platter.
