1 cup Penne Pasta (Boiled) 1 cup Chicken Breast (Boiled) ½ cup Bacon (Shredded) 2 tablespoons Butter 1 cup Milk 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded) ½ cup Mushrooms (chopped) 1 cup Onions (chopped) 1 teaspoon Garlic (minced) 1 tablespoon Parsley 1 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour ½ tablespoon Salt 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Take a saucepan, add two tablespoons of butter, a tablespoon of minced garlic and finely chopped onions.
Add mushrooms to the saucepan. Stir in frequently and soon after that make a roux in the same saucepan.
Add a tablespoon of all-purpose to it.
Along with that, add a full cup of milk to the saucepan.
Then, add some dried parsley and let the mixture thicken for some time.
Further, add boiled penne pasta to the mixture.
Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to your taste.
Add boiled chunks of chicken breast over the pasta and garnish the carbonara with grated parmesan cheese.
Finally, add cheese and crispy chunks of bacon.
