Ingredients
  

For Oreo Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Oreo Cookie Crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted) (plus some more for greasing)

For Oreo Cheesecake Filling

  • 24 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 5 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream (at room temperature)
  • 6 Oreo Cookies (chopped)
  • 9 Oreo Cookies (coarsely chopped, for topping)

Instructions
 

For The Crust

  • In a mixing bowl, add the Oreo crumbs and the melted butter. Mix them with a spatula.
  • Then, transfer the crumb mixture into the 9-inch springform pan and press it. Also, cover about 1 ½ inches of the sides of the pan.

For The Filling

  • In a stand mixer, beat cream cheese until it becomes fluffy. Then, add the sugar to the cream cheese and beat them until the sugar is completely blended.
  • After that, keep mixing and add the eggs one by one and blend them with the cheese.
  • Then, add the vanilla extract, salt, and flour to the mixer and blend the mixture until smooth.
  • When the mixture is smooth, add the sour cream to it and mix it. Lastly, add the chopped Oreos to the mixture and mix them with a spatula.
  • Pour the mixture into the springform pan. Top the mixture with some more coarsely chopped Oreos.
  • Now, place the springform pan in the oven that has been preheated to 325℉. Bake the cheesecake for one hour. Then, turn off the oven and open the oven door. Let the cheesecake rest in the oven for one hour.
  • Once you have baked the cheesecake, refrigerate it overnight so that it becomes more flavorful.
