The Cheesecake Factory four cheese pasta is a penne mixed with four kinds of cheese, egg, marinara, and basil. The mixture is baked and served hot. It is absolutely delicious and very easy to make.
Fill a pot with water and add a pinch of salt to it. Bring to a boil and then cook the pasta in it al dente. Then, drain the penne pasta using a colander and keep it aside.
Take a mixing bowl, add mozzarella ovoline balls and parmesan cheese. Grate some mozzarella cheese over it as well.
Pour the marinara sauce into the cheese mixture.
Now add black pepper to the bowl and mix well.
Add the pasta to a large mixing bowl and again mix everything well.
Add an egg over it and mix everything again.
Season the mixture with some fresh basil.
Add ricotta cheese and cover the glass baking dish.
Bake for about 25 minutes. Remove the cover after that and bake the pasta uncovered for 5 more minutes.
Take the baking dish out of the oven and serve the pasta. Garnish the pasta with some ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and chopped basil. Your delicious four-cheese pasta is ready. Serve it piping hot.
