Ingredients
  

  • 4 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 5 teaspoons Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Basil
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Marjoram
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start by preheating your oven to a temperature of 160℉.
  • Place the garlic cloves into an ovenproof bowl along with oil.
  • Now, place the bowl in the oven and roast the garlic for about 15 minutes until it turns golden brown.
  • Once your garlic is roasted nicely, mince it and add it to the mayonnaise.
  • Next, add parmesan cheese to the mayonnaise.
  • Now flavor the sauce by pouring in vinegar and lemon juice to make it tangy.
  • To make the sauce more flavorful, add chili flakes and basil.
  • Then add the remaining herbs like marjoram, oregano, thyme, and salt. The fresher, the better!
  • Finally, combine all the ingredients with the help of a balloon whisk and your Buffalo Wild Wings parmesan garlic sauce is ready!
