Stuffed lobster tails have spicy delicious meat seasoned with butter sauce mix with seafood stuffing on top. The butter mix and the seafood stuffing is infused with the flavors and aroma of Cajun seasoning, old bay, and cedar plank salmon seasoning. Salt, pepper, and garlic enhance the taste of the meat. Lemon wedges, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce give an extra lift to this Thanksgiving dish.
Add melted butter along with Cajun seasoning to a large bowl.
Now, add old bay seasoning, garlic powder, dried parsley, and cedar plank salmon seasoning to the bowl. Mix them to combine and form the butter sauce mixture.
Separate the meat from the shell. Close the shell and allow the meat to rest on the shell.
Lay the lobster tails in an oven-proof pan and season them with butter sauce mix. Pre-bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven (425 F) for about 4 minutes.
Add mayonnaise and egg to a large bowl. Mix them together to form a smooth paste.
Now, add Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, old bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and cedar plank salmon seasoning.
Mix them and add crabmeat, shrimp, bread crumbs, and sliced lemon wedges. Stir thoroughly to form a smooth mixture.
Place this stuffing on top of lobster meat and add the remaining butter sauce mix over the stuffing.
Bake these stuffed lobster tails for about 25 minutes in the oven until the internal temperature of the lobster meat reaches 145 F.
Remove them from the oven and finish with melted butter on top and chopped parsley.
