Gordon Ramsay's mulled wine contains red win and ruby port mixed together. It's warmed and infused with spices like star anise, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and bay leaves. Ruby port adds a nice color and flavor to the wine while orange gives it a citrusy lift. It's a perfect Christmas wine to be enjoyed with holiday feast.
