Sesame caesar salad is a delicious Thanksgiving salad. The lettuce and kale leaves are tossed with Tahini caeser dressing and chickpea croutons. Coat the chickpeas with sesame oil and spread them on the baking sheet. Roast them in a preheated oven (400 F) for about 8 minutes. Stir them and cook for further 7 minutes.
Drizzle the sesame oil on the chickpeas again and sprinkle pepper, garlic powder, and salt on them. Bake them again for 5 to 10 minutes.
Now, add tahini, water, garlic powder, onion powder, rice vinegar, pepper, and soy sauce to a blender. Blend the mixture into a smooth salad dressing. Stir the sesame seeds with nutritional yeast, garlic powder, olive oil, and salt in a small bowl.
