Gordon Ramsay holiday stuffing is a delicious combination of sausage and cornbread dressing. The sausage stuffing is cooked with herbal flavors of thyme and sage and is spiced up with salt-pepper seasoning. The crispy cornbread dressing with chestnuts add some extra flavor and crunch to the stuffing.
Take a sauté pan and add butter and onion to it. Add ground sausage to it and sauté. Now add paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and some salt. Sauté the mixture for two to three minutes. Add some thyme and parsley to this mix.
Now, it’s time to add all-purpose flour.
Mix everything well again.
Now pour water to this mix and add some cornbread crumbs.
Mix it well until it gets a little pasty. Let them stand for about 5 minutes. Keep this mixture separately now because we will be needing it later.
Add half a cup of boiling water to a bowl containing cranberries and let it sit for around 5 minutes.
Divide this stuffing mixture into small round balls using your hands.
Bake them for around 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degree C.
Add some oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add cornbread chunks, cranberries, and chestnuts to the skillet.
Garnish it with some parsley and kosher salt for taste.
Finally add the baked stuffed balls to this mixture and mix it well. Toss them together to combine to the skillet and cook them undisturbed for 1 to 2 minutes.
Garnish it again with some breadcrumbs and fresh parsley leaves. Serve this delicious Gordon Ramsay Thanksgiving stuffing.
