  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter

  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Bicarb Acid
  • 2 tablespoons Creme Fraiche

  • Take a bowl, add finely chopped dates along with a teaspoon of bicarbonate soda. Mix it well.
