2 pound Ground Chicken 1 cup dry, grated, plain Bread Crumbs 4 Green Onions (finely chopped)4 1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds 1 cup Cilantro (chopped) ¼ cup Sweet Chilli Sauce 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice 1 quart Oil (for frying)
Combine chicken and bread crumbs in a medium-sized bowl.
Add green onions, ground coriander, cilantro, chilli sauce, and lemon juice to it. Combine them well.
Now, make balls from this mixture, either small or large.
Next, take a large skillet. Add oil in it and heat over medium flame.
Add the prepared chicken balls to it and fry them until they turn brown in color.
Serve the Thai chicken balls.
