Ingredients
  

  • 2 pound Ground Chicken
  • 1 cup dry, grated, plain Bread Crumbs
  • 4 Green Onions (finely chopped)4
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds
  • 1 cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 quart Oil (for frying)

Instructions
 

  • Combine chicken and bread crumbs in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Add green onions, ground coriander, cilantro, chilli sauce, and lemon juice to it. Combine them well.
  • Now, make balls from this mixture, either small or large.
  • Next, take a large skillet. Add oil in it and heat over medium flame.
  • Add the prepared chicken balls to it and fry them until they turn brown in color.
  • Serve the Thai chicken balls.
