- 1½ pounds Flank Steak
- ½ cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Jalapeno
- ⅓ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- Juice of 1 Orange
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 Ground Black Pepper
Add cilantro, pepper, cumin, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce, and olive oil in a medium bowl.
Place ½ cup of the mixture in the refrigerator.
Combine steak and remaining cilantro mixture in a large bowl. Marinate the mixture overnight.
On medium-high heat, preheat grill. Pat the steak dry from both sides. Sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
Place the steak over the grill. Grill it for 6 minutes from each side.
Leave the steak for 5 minutes aside. Serve it with remaining cilantro mixture.
