Ingredients
  

  • pounds Flank Steak
  • ½ cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • Juice of 1 Orange
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1 Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add cilantro, pepper, cumin, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce, and olive oil in a medium bowl.
  • Place ½ cup of the mixture in the refrigerator.
  • Combine steak and remaining cilantro mixture in a large bowl. Marinate the mixture overnight.
  • On medium-high heat, preheat grill. Pat the steak dry from both sides. Sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
  • Place the steak over the grill. Grill it for 6 minutes from each side.
  • Leave the steak for 5 minutes aside. Serve it with remaining cilantro mixture.
