Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces Spaghetti (uncooked)
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cups Tomatoes (chopped and seeded)
  • ¼ cup Kalamata Olives
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Basil (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.0
  • While the spaghetti is cooking, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add diced tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and lemon juice to the pan.
  • Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the tomatoes have released their juices and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the tomato sauce and toss to coat.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • To serve, divide the spaghetti between plates and top with crumbled feta cheese and chopped basil.
