6 ounces Spaghetti (uncooked) 1 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled) 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons Olive Oil 3 cups Tomatoes (chopped and seeded) ¼ cup Kalamata Olives 1 clove Garlic (minced) 2 tablespoons Basil (minced) ½ teaspoon Salt ⅛ teaspoon Pepper
Cook spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.0
While the spaghetti is cooking, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
