For Meatballs: ½ pound Ground Beef ½ pound Ground Lamb ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese (grated) ⅛ cup Olive Oil1 Egg 1 teaspoon Onion Powder 1 Garlic Clove (minced) ½ teaspoon Salt¼ teaspoon Black Pepper2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil For Sauce: 2 tablespoon Unsweetened Ketchup1 tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder ⅛ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Meatballs Preparation: Take a large bowl.
Put ground beef, ground lamb in the bowl and use your hands to mix it.
Now add onion powder, garlic powder, egg, cheese, salt and pepper. Gently mix until well combined.
Shape mixture with greased hands into evenly sides meatballs, about 1¼-inches each.
Sauce Preparation: In a medium saucepan, whisk together the sauce ingredients.
Heat the sauce gently over medium-low heat.
If the sauce seems too thick, add a tablespoon or two of water.
