Fish is a great food to constitute in your meals. Made with whole trout, lemon zest, lemon jusice ,and other herbs. Try this healthy baked trout at home with a handful of ingredients.
2Whole Rainbow Trout (gutted and cleaned, heads and tails still on)
¼teaspoondried Dill Weed
¼teaspoon dried Thyme
Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
½large Onion (sliced)
2thin slices Lemon (Optional)
2tablespoonsHot Water
Instructions
Grill the fish for 3- 4 minutes. Then slather some fish sauce.
Once it is grilled . Place the trout in the baking dish and coat it with the remaining olive oil. Season the fish inside out with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Prepare the vinegrette by adding garlic chives, champagne vinegar, lemon zest, fresh parsley ,and salt to your taste.
Saute the veggies and mix them in vinaigrette.
Squirt the veggie vinaigrette in the first layer.
Place the baked trout on the top of the first layer.
