Rice Dressing

3 cups Chicken Broth 2 cups Onions (chopped) 2 cups Celery (chopped) ½ cup Long Grain Rice ½ cup Butter 1 can Mushroom Stems ½ teaspoon Salt and Pepper (each) ½ teaspoon Poultry Season
Add broth and rice to a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer until tender.
Saute onion and celery in butter in a skillet.
Stir in rice mushrooms, parsley, poultry season, salt, and pepper.
Bake it at 300o F for 30 minutes.
Your rice dressing is ready to serve.
