1 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Mustard Seeds 7 Dried Curry Leaves 2 units Chopped 1 tsp Chopped Ginger 1 Chopped Onion 1 cup Sprouts ½ tsp Turmeric Powder ½ tsp Red Chili Powder ½ tsp Cumin Powder ½ tsp Garam Masala ½ tsp Coriander Powder ½ tsp Asafetida Powder 2 tsp Salt 2 cup Water 4 Bread Rolls
Add oil to a pan and heat it.
Add mustard seeds to it and wait until they pop. Now, add curry leaves, green chillies, ginger, and onion. Roast all of it for some time.
Now add sprouts, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and coriander powder. Mix it all.
Now, add asafetida powder, salt, and water. Cook it on a high flame.
After the water dries, transfer it to a serving bowl.
Cut the bread rolls into two halves. Melt butter in a pan and fry them in it.
Serve the Misal with the fried bread rolls, sliced lemons, and chutney.
