Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • cups Red Wine
  • 1 tbsp White Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 cans Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan and add onion and garlic to it. Heat them for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in wine, sugar, basil, red pepper, tomato paste, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, black pepper and tomatoes. Bring it to a boil.
  • Remove the mixture for heat and keep it aside for few minutes.
  • Sprinkly some parsley.
