Gabubu Bread Recipe
Gabubu bread is pan fry bread that uses less oil. It is simple to make and doesn't take much time. It is a unique way to make bread.
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Canola Oil
- ½ tsp Granulated Sugar
- 1 ½ cups Milk
In a large bowl, add baking powder, flour, salt, sugar. Mix well and make a nest in the middle. Add milk and oil in the middle. Mix them properly.
Knead it properly and make six balls out of the dough.
In the frying pan, add canola oil. Flatten the dough balls by pressing them from the ends.
Fry them on low heat until they turn golden brown.
